Winter Training Duathlons
Keep your fitness up over the winter period and attend these social events! Held on the last Sunday every month over the winter period! Meet like minded people and have a friendly competition once a month! Good for tempo training, transition practice and generally keeping up fitness.
What: Each Duathlon will consist of the following: 2 mile coastal run, 15 mile bike, 2 mile coastal run.
Where: Fort George
Time: Set up from 9:00am, session briefing at 9:45am, session start at 10am.
