Summer Bike Skills Sessions

photoTriathletes have a reputation that we are aiming to change! You could save yourself valuable time on the bike and become a safer cyclist by practicing skills.  We will look at skills such as balance, cornering, braking, descending and dead turns.  We will also do drills to increase your confidence of cycling in group situations.

Bike and transition skills sessions will be on Tuesday evenings 6.30pm at Inverness Royal Academy. Suitable for all bike types but if you ride with cleats please also bring a pair of trainers.

You must wear a helmet at all times while mounted which fits and is secured – check the British Triathlon Rules for the standard required. It is also your responsibility to ensure your bike is roadworthy and well maintained.

Please park just outside the west gate, do not come into the car-park as that is where you will be cycling!
