Cycle Sessions

Two options for cycling this Sunday… Both road sessions.

Jane will be running a coached cycling session at 12pm meeting at the village hall car park in North Kessock. Session will last 45-50 mins approx following which those who want to hang about can do the 10 mile time trial route discussed previously (Information on route on Facebook page). If you would rather just turn up for the TT that’s no problem.

If you fancy something longer and more challenging – Sunday morning meet 9:30 at Inshes Police H/Q across from Tesco. 40-50 Miles, Weather looks not too cold,You can always cut it short if you are going to Jane’s training. Please post to Facebook if you intend coming along to give the guys ideas of numbers.
